About
We activate human capability at scale
We combine artificial intelligence with human expertise to turn learning into action, behavior change, and measurable development signals for HR and business.
Why Tenzing exists
We believe organizations waste too much human potential. Companies spend billions on training, but most of it never becomes real behavior at work. Leaders feel alone in the moments that matter, and HR spends energy on content and surveys instead of real capability.
When training does not become practice, it is not just an ROI problem, it is wasted human potential.
Tenzing was born at the convergence of three worlds that rarely meet: strategic HR, business strategy, and applied artificial intelligence. We are not a training company that uses AI. We are a capability activation platform that combines deep human expertise with cutting-edge technology to solve corporate development's most persistent problem: the gap between knowing and doing.
We know that most edtech companies promise transformation, and deliver content. Tenzing does the opposite: we start from practice, measure behavior, and use AI to scale what works. If it does not change what people do day to day, we do not call it development.
Our mission
To develop the skills that people and organizations need to adapt, work, and evolve in a world of accelerating transformation.
Our vision
To be the reference in practical capability activation for the world of work in the age of AI.
Why Tenzing
In 1953, Tenzing Norgay became the first sherpa to reach the top of Mount Everest, guiding Edmund Hillary in a historic achievement. His expertise, local knowledge, and determination were essential for the mission's success. Just as Tenzing Norgay guided explorers to the summit, we create AI Assistants that guide professionals and organizations in developing real capabilities.
What guides us
Practice over theory
Learning only matters when it shows up in real conversations, decisions and habits at work. Slides do not build capability. Repeated practice, feedback and support in real contexts do.
Humans design, AI scales
We believe in human-led, AI-amplified development: experts define the frameworks and limits, AI Assistants bring it to the flow of work, 24/7.
Capability over content
Our goal is not to deliver content, it is to build capabilities. We use the KIAC methodology (Knowledge, Intention, Action, Capability) to ensure every interaction becomes concrete action.
Evidence over guesswork
Development decisions should be based on real behavioral data, not intuition or trends. We measure development signals, not just satisfaction, with privacy and ethics by design.
Trust and safety first
Development only happens when people feel safe. We design our agents, data policies and programs to protect people, not surveil.
Customization with rigor
Every program is designed for the client's specific context. We customize with method, not improvisation, maintaining technical and pedagogical rigor in every adaptation.
Continuous evolution
Our agents, frameworks, and journeys evolve with every interaction. We learn from real data to deliver more value in each cycle.
